All I Know
I am and still I’m naught,
I’m none of what I know, –
A captive, still uncaught,
A dash, and yet a flow…
I’m night and yet a dawn,
A prism and yet a ray,
That pierces the unknown
To light our lonely way.
I bloom without the need
Explaining why or how,
Bear fruit, return as seed
To live eternal Now.
A body yet a soul,
A gap in fisher’s net,
A wound to heal the Whole,
A gift, a debt, a bet.
I know what I’ve been through
And where I want to go.
And I’ll be there with You,
And this is all I know.
